Phase 1 encompasses all core network modernisation and infrastructure upgrades. Due to the interdependent nature of these systems, this work cannot be broken into smaller phases.
This phase includes:
- Upgrading the network backbone
- Replacing core switches
- Deploying a modern firewall infrastructure
- Installing and integrating new wireless access points
To protect system integrity and minimise disruption to tenants and visitors, all of the above must be delivered as a single, unified phase.
