Think Park comprises three contemporary, self‑contained office buildings set around a landscaped central feature, creating a calm and sophisticated working environment in Manchester.
Accelerator was hired to work with the Facilities Manager to ensure the building management systems, access control, CCTV and wi-fi for all 3 buildings were operating at high speed and safely.

Previously the buildings were occupied by a bank. They had a surplus of mini networks for different functions within each of the 3 buildings. It was an overly complicated set-up, which we identified at the site audit prior to the project kick off. IT support is now operated by Accelerator Ltd.
Reliable connectivity became essential to maintaining the site’s competitive advantage, ensuring that incoming tenants could operate immediately without network‑related delays or technical remediation.
