We have a dedicated Manager for each department: Support – Field Engineers – Business Development – and we are overseen by the Operations Director. We all know our role within the company and what is expected of us. We contribute with new ideas for processes and business opportunities – because we all know the company objective and direction we are heading. And the team is rewarded when the company does well.

We have apprenticeship programmes within the company to encourage new growth into the company. We have family friendly policies for employees looking to work hours around their family commitments.
