At Accelerator we are deeply sorry for the loss of service to the Hosted Exchange email accounts. This is a global level outage preventing access and we are working with our suppliers to find a resolution. Our support desk is available for you between 0900-1700 at the weekend and between 0830-1800 on 0207 993 3100 during the week. Whilst we have very limited information at present, we will provide you with news of what the resolution looks like as soon as we can. This is an unprecedented outage and in the history of Accelerator, unlike anything seen before. |
